Description
This Raymarine A80382 is the Scanstrut SC20 mast mount bracket, designed to mount a Quantum or Quantum 2 radome on a sailboat mast. Finished in white to match the radome, it holds the radar securely and keeps the scanner level so that the radar picture is presented correctly even as the boat heels.
Mast mounting raises the radar clear of obstructions for the best all-round detection, and the SC20 is engineered specifically for the size and weight of the compact Quantum radome. It is the recommended mast mounting solution for Quantum on sailing yachts and is listed as the Scanstrut Quantum radome mast mount in the Quantum radar accessory range.
