Description
The Airmar TM185HW is a transom mount CHIRP transducer with a high-wide beam pattern that delivers depth and water temperature readings alongside sonar imagery. The transom-mount bracket enables installation without cutting a hull fitting, making it suitable for trailerable boats and vessels where a thru-hull installation is not practical.
CHIRP technology sweeps a continuous range of frequencies, producing better target separation and greater detail than fixed-frequency sonar. The high-wide beam maximises coverage area, ideal for shallow-water fishing and shallow-draft vessel applications.
