Description
This galvanic isolator kit supplies the replacement isolation parts originally supplied with the Garmin GT17M-THF thru-hull transducer. The isolator protects the bronze housing from galvanic corrosion where the transducer passes through a metal hull, keeping stray currents away from the fitting.
Fit it when servicing a GT17M-THF installation or when the original isolation hardware is missing or worn, so the transducer stays properly protected below the waterline.
