Description
The Maretron TFTDBE-5H is an optional focus tube with dead band eliminator for the Maretron TLM100 and TLM150 ultrasonic tank level monitors, mounting to the standard SAE J1810 five-bolt pattern. The focus tube channels the ultrasonic signal so the monitor reads reliably on boats that spend significant time with the bow pitched up, such as planing hulls, and increases the maximum tolerable tank angle. The integrated dead band eliminator reduces the sensor deadband, the region near the transducer that cannot normally be measured, so levels can be read more accurately closer to a full tank.
