Description

The Garmin GT10HN-IF is an ice-fishing transducer built around a narrow CHIRP beam. Where wide-beam transducers favour coverage, the GT10HN-IF concentrates the cone for clear definition and excellent target separation directly beneath the hole, helping precision ice anglers distinguish individual fish and fine structure.

The high-narrow 140 to 300 kHz frequency range and 500 W of power read to 244 m (800 ft.) in freshwater. It connects to a compatible Garmin ice-fishing fishfinder through an 8-pin connector and a short 2.4 m (8 ft.) cable suited to portable use on the ice.

What is the GT10HN-IF designed for?
It is designed for precision ice fishing. Its narrow beam angles give clear definition and excellent target separation directly below the hole, helping you pick out individual fish.
How does the GT10HN-IF differ from the GT8HW-IF?
The GT10HN-IF uses a high-narrow beam (140 to 300 kHz, 500 W) for target separation, while the GT8HW-IF uses a high-wide beam (145 to 230 kHz, 250 W) for greater coverage. Choose narrow for precision and wide for area coverage.
How deep can the GT10HN-IF read?
It reads to a maximum of 244 m (800 ft.) in freshwater, depending on conditions and the fishfinder model.
What connector does the GT10HN-IF use?
It uses an 8-pin Garmin transducer connector with a short 2.4 m (8 ft.) cable suited to portable ice-fishing use. Some devices require a Garmin adapter cable, sold separately.
