Description
The Garmin GNX Wireless Wind Pack is the simplest way to add complete wind information to a sailboat. It combines the dedicated GNX Wind display, with its graphical wind rose and steer-pilot mode, with a gWind Wireless 2 masthead transducer that sends wind speed and angle wirelessly, so there is no need to run wires through the mast. The transducer and display are paired at the factory, making installation essentially plug-and-play. The transducer measures wind from 0.9 to 90 knots and is rated to IPX6 for protection against heavy seas, while the GNX Wind draws power and data from a NMEA 2000 network and can mirror wind data to a compatible Garmin wearable.
