Description

The Garmin Intelliducer is a plastic thru-hull smart sensor that adds depth and water temperature data to a NMEA 2000 Garmin marine display or chartplotter. Depth and temperature are processed inside the sensor and delivered straight to the network, with no separate sounder module required.

This version operates at 160 kHz with a 150 W (RMS) transducer, reads depths up to 900 ft (275 m) and is designed for hull deadrise of 0 to 12 degrees. The compact plastic housing fits a 51 mm (2 in) hull bore and is NMEA 2000 certified for plug-and-play installation using the supplied T-connector and drop cable. For steeper hulls of 13 to 24 degrees, choose part 010-00701-01. Follow the installation instructions carefully to avoid damaging your boat.

What does the Intelliducer do?
It is a thru-hull smart sensor that adds depth and water temperature data to a NMEA 2000 Garmin display or chartplotter, with the depth processing built into the sensor itself.
Which deadrise version do I need?
This part (010-00701-00) is for hull deadrise of 0 to 12 degrees. For steeper hulls of 13 to 24 degrees, choose part 010-00701-01.
How deep will it read?
The 150 W transducer operates at 160 kHz and reads depths up to 900 ft (275 m), depending on water salinity, bottom type and conditions.
How does it connect to NMEA 2000?
It is NMEA 2000 certified and supplied with a NMEA 2000 T-connector and a 6 m drop cable for plug-and-play connection, with a Load Equivalency Number (LEN) of 4.
