Description
The Airmar TM275LH-W is a wide-beam, CHIRP-ready transom-mount transducer that brings genuine broadband performance to boats without a thru-hull fitting. Its dual channels cover a low band of 42 to 65 kHz for deep-water bottom tracking and a high band of 150 to 250 kHz for detailed shallow and mid-water imaging, giving 123 kHz of usable bandwidth from one unit.
The defining feature is the constant 25 degree high-frequency beam. Where a conventional 200 kHz transducer narrows to a pencil beam, the TM275LH-W holds a wide cone across the whole high band, delivering several times the coverage under the hull and clearer fish arches on the display.
Built into a rugged urethane housing on a stainless-steel bracket, it mounts on transom deadrise angles from 3 to 21 degrees and also reads water temperature, making it a straightforward high-power upgrade for sportfishing boats up to around 8 metres.
