Description

The 1710 is a 2.5 m (8 ft) glass fibre VHF antenna with 6 dB gain, built on an Ultraglass whip with a Quickfit connection for quick installation. The 6 dB gain focuses radiated power towards the horizon to extend range, making it well suited to powerboats where the antenna stays relatively upright. It pairs with Simrad, Lowrance and B&G fixed-mount VHF and AIS radios and uses a matching Quickfit mount and cable, sold separately.
