Does the WS310 sensor connect directly to NMEA 2000?
No. The WS310 wind sensor outputs an NMEA 0183 MWV,R sentence at 10Hz and connects to a NMEA 2000 network through the separate WS310 wired interface (sold separately or as part of a WS310 pack).
What cable lengths are available for the WS310?
The WS310 mast cable is offered in 20, 35, 50 and 80 metre (66, 115, 164 and 262 ft) options to suit different mast heights.
How accurate is the WS310 wind sensor?
Wind speed is accurate to +/- 0.1 m/s (0.2 kt) from 1 to 40 m/s, with 0.05 m/s resolution, and wind angle is accurate to +/- 0.5° with 0.1° resolution.
