Description
The IRIS485 is the network IP model in Iris's X85 range of vari-focal marine cameras, machined from 316 marine grade stainless steel and finished in white to blend with painted superstructures. Its manually adjustable 2.8mm to 12mm lens tunes the field of view from a wide 110 degrees down to a 22 degree telephoto, so a single camera covers both close-range docking and longer-range deck surveillance.
The IRIS485 delivers Full HD 1920 x 1080 (2MP) video with H.264 and MJPEG dual streaming, ONVIF Profile S support and Power over Ethernet (IEEE802.3af). It is directly compatible with Raymarine multifunction displays running Lighthouse 2 software and above, as well as Iris network video recorders and PC based systems.
Measuring just 92.5mm high by 142mm in diameter and rated to IP66, the camera is compact enough for engine rooms and other tight spaces, with twenty-four 850nm infra-red LEDs providing clear night vision up to 30m.
