Description
The Garmin GC 245 is a surface-mount marine camera that fixes to almost any surface on your vessel without cutting into the hull, finished here in black. It streams 1080p full HD video to compatible Garmin chartplotters, with a wide 160 degree horizontal field of view and multiple on-screen views including standard, wide-angle FishEye and overhead Bird's Eye, plus configurable distance markers and guidance lines to make docking and close-quarters manoeuvring easier.
The enclosure rotates up to 80 degrees on its base plate and the adjustable lens module tilts down up to 62 degrees and rolls up to 90 degrees, so it can be aimed precisely and even mounted inverted with the image rotated on screen. The camera connects through the supplied GVAM 10 black box using Garmin BlueNet networking and is compatible with both Garmin BlueNet and Garmin Marine Network systems (full HD on BlueNet; up to 720p on the Garmin Marine Network).
