Description
The Naviop EGON+ Power is an 8-channel power distribution board for the Naviop digital switching and monitoring system, running at 12 V DC. Like the wider EGON+ range, it distributes power locally to reduce cabling and replace bulky traditional electrical panels, and it communicates over a CAN bus using the SAE J1939 protocol.
The board reports fuse and circuit status to the CAN bus, allowing the Naviop system to flag faults and present power status on a connected display. It is built for demanding marine use with a robust IP66 housing and conformal-coated electronics. Naviop is a third-party integration brand sold under the Simrad name.
