The Raymarine Camera Conversion Unit (CCU) connects an existing analogue CCTV camera to your Axiom MFD's IP video network, adding a live camera feed without replacing the camera. It accepts a standard composite video input and delivers the signal over the Raynet (RJ45) network, making legacy cameras immediately compatible with LightHouse 3 and later software.

Description

The Raymarine Camera Conversion Unit (CCU) bridges the gap between existing analogue CCTV cameras and the IP video system used by Axiom and Axiom Pro multifunction displays. By converting a composite video signal to a networked IP stream, the CCU lets you integrate a CAM50, CAM100 or any compatible analogue camera into your vessel's Raynet network without rewiring or replacing the camera itself.

The CCU accepts a camera input via a dedicated input cable (A80772 or A80771) and connects to an Axiom ORU (Optical Relay Unit) or directly to a Raynet switch via the CCU-to-ORU cable (A80767 or A80768). A separate 1 m power cable (A80770) is supplied for direct connection to a 12 V DC supply. The system is ideal for retrofits or multi-camera installations on vessels already equipped with analogue CCTV.
