Description
This second mounting station lets you fit an additional Garmin GPSMAP 550 or 555 chartplotter at another station on the boat, so the same unit can be moved between helms. The cradle holds the display securely and the supplied wiring harness provides power and the data connections needed at the second location.
The harness allows connection to an optional NMEA 0183 network, a CANet device and a transducer, giving the second station the same capability as the primary mount. Secure the station to a solid surface and route the harness to the boat supply and any connected sensors.
