Description
The Garmin GT30-TM is a transom-mount transducer that delivers Garmin CHIRP traditional sonar for clear target separation and confident bottom tracking. By sweeping a range of frequencies rather than a single pulse, CHIRP returns more detail on fish, structure and the bottom than conventional sonar, making it a strong choice for trailerable and smaller craft where a transom mount is preferred.
It connects to a compatible Garmin chartplotter or sounder through a 12-pin connector and supports traditional frequencies of 50, 77, 83 and 200 kHz at 500 W of transmit power. The transom bracket allows straightforward installation and adjustment without drilling through the hull.
