Description

The LiveScope XR System brings Garmin's live scanning sonar to coastal and open-water fishing, with the extended range that deeper water demands. It combines the GLS 10 sonar black box with the new LVS62 transducer, which sees up to 152 m (500 ft) in freshwater and up to 106 m (350 ft) in saltwater. LiveScope Forward, LiveScope Down and Perspective views are all available thanks to the included Perspective Mode Mount, with a 135-degree front-to-back by 20-degree side-to-side field of view and 265 kHz to 550 kHz operation. AHRS stabilisation keeps the sonar view steady even in rough conditions. Because it shares the GLS 10 black box, existing LiveScope owners can upgrade with just the new transducer. The system ships with the Perspective Mode Mount, trolling-motor barrel and shaft mounts, and Garmin Marine Network cabling.

How far can the LiveScope XR System see?
The LVS62 transducer provides live scanning sonar up to 152 m (500 ft) in freshwater and up to 106 m (350 ft) in saltwater, making it suited to coastal and open-water fishing.
What is included in the LiveScope XR System?
The system includes the LiveScope GLS 10 sonar black box, the LiveScope XR LVS62 transducer, the Perspective Mode Mount, trolling-motor barrel and shaft mounts, a power cable, a 2 m Garmin Marine Network cable, a network adapter cable and documentation.
What sonar views does the XR System provide?
It provides LiveScope Forward, LiveScope Down and Perspective views. The Perspective Mode Mount is included, so all three views are available out of the box.
Can I upgrade my existing LiveScope System to XR?
Yes. The XR System uses the same GLS 10 sonar black box, so owners of an existing LiveScope System can upgrade to extended range by fitting just the LVS62 transducer.
Does the XR keep the image steady in rough water?
Yes. The LVS62 has built-in AHRS stabilisation and a compass that keep the sonar view steady, even in rough conditions.
