Description
Stepping and unstepping a mast is far simpler when the wind transducer cabling can be disconnected at the mast foot, and these field-installable connectors provide exactly that break point. Supplied as a matched M8 male and female pair, they are fitted onto the mast cable so the run can be parted and rejoined without cutting or re-terminating the wiring each time.
The connectors are water-resistant, suiting the exposed location at the base of the mast, and are intended for the gWind family of transducers. Installing them at the foot of the mast keeps the cable connection accessible and protected while making mast removal and refitting a much quicker job.
