Description
This replacement hardware restores the weather-resistant threaded collar used on Garmin RJ45 marine network cables. Because the collar is split, it can be assembled around a cable that is already fitted with its RJ45 plug, which means the cable can be passed through smaller cable runs and the collar refitted afterwards rather than drilling a hole large enough for the connector.
Supplied as a pack of two 18 mm collars, it is the correct part for replacing a lost or damaged collar or for re-routing an existing network cable through a bulkhead or console during installation.
