Description
This Garmin dual-beam transducer is the transom or trolling-motor mount unit fitted to many Garmin echo and ECHOMAP fishfinders, supplied here as a replacement with the 8-pin connector. It runs at 77 and 200 kHz with 500 W of power and reports both depth and water temperature.
The 45 and 15 degree dual beams provide wide coverage at low frequency and a focused, detailed cone at high frequency, reading to around 1,900 ft, and the transducer mounts on transom angles from 0 to 70 degrees. An 8-pin to 4-pin adapter cable (010-11947-00) is required when connecting to a 4-pin echo, ECHOMAP or STRIKER unit; the 4-pin version (010-10249-20) is preferred where supported.
