Icom SP-24/E External Speaker
Description
The Icom SP-24/E is a standard external speaker for the IC-M801, IC-M802 and GM800 marine MF/HF radios. Mounted near the operating position, it relays received audio clearly away from the radio chassis, which is particularly useful where the transceiver itself is installed below decks or out of easy earshot. As the factory external speaker option for these long-range SSB and GMDSS-class sets, it is also fitted as part of the IC-M801E, IC-M801GMDSS, IC-M803 and IC-M804 installations. The SP-24/E is a simple, dependable way to improve listening on board larger vessels and is supplied separately from the radio.
