The Lowrance Hook-4 was a 4.3-inch combo chartplotter and fishfinder supplied with a Mid/High DownScan Skimmer transducer. It paired built-in GPS charting with CHIRP Broadband Sounder and DownScan Imaging. This model has been discontinued.
Description
The Lowrance Hook-4 was a compact combo unit with a 4.3-inch colour display, built-in GPS antenna and chart support alongside its sonar, supplied with a Mid/High DownScan Skimmer transducer. CHIRP Broadband Sounder and photo-like DownScan Imaging let anglers find fish and read structure while navigating, all via simple keypad control.
The Hook-4 has since been discontinued and is succeeded within the current Lowrance range by the Hook Reveal series, which adds Autotuning sonar, a faster processor and improved mapping.
