The Lowrance Hook2-5x SplitShot was a 5-inch GPS fishfinder supplied with a SplitShot transducer, combining wide-angle High CHIRP sonar with DownScan Imaging. Autotuning sonar and GPS trails made it simple to use. This model has been discontinued.
Description
The Lowrance Hook2-5x SplitShot was a 5-inch fishfinder with built-in GPS, supplied with a SplitShot transducer that paired wide-angle High CHIRP sonar with photo-like DownScan Imaging. Autotuning sonar kept the picture optimised automatically, while GPS let anglers mark waypoints and follow trails from a SolarMAX display and simple keypad.
The Hook2-5x has since been discontinued and is succeeded within the current Lowrance range by the Hook Reveal-5, which adds full chart support and Genesis Live mapping.
