Description

The 1770 is a compact 1 m (3 ft) glass fibre VHF antenna with 3 dB gain, built on an Ultraglass whip with a Quickfit connection. The wider 3 dB radiation pattern is more tolerant of a heeling or rolling vessel, making it a popular choice for sailing yachts and smaller boats where a tall antenna is impractical. It pairs with Simrad, Lowrance and B&G fixed-mount VHF and AIS radios and uses a matching Quickfit mount and cable, sold separately.
