Description
This 10 m (33 ft) SimNet cable extends a Simrad SimNet network across the vessel. SimNet is a plug-and-play network built on NMEA 2000, sharing data such as wind, depth, speed and position between instruments and displays through colour-coded connectors.
The longer length is intended for backbone runs that carry data between the helm and equipment mounted elsewhere on the boat, for example a masthead sensor lead-in or an aft instrument group.
