Description

The Oceanic Systems 3890 is a 24 Volt power adaptor that lets a standard NMEA2000 network be powered from a vessel's 24 Volt supply. The 24 Volt input can vary from 17 to 32 Volts while the fully stabilised unit holds the output steady, providing the NMEA2000 standard 13.6 Volts at up to 6 Amps, which is enough to power any normal network. It is robustly built to the IEC60945 standard for high reliability. The adaptor connects to the network through a two metre power Tee that carries the standard Micro plug and socket, so it drops into the NMEA2000 trunk or backbone cable. It is supplied complete with the two metre power Tee cable, a mounting bracket and screws, crimp connectors for the 24 Volt input and full installation instructions.
