Description
The Maretron PT-0-100PSI-01 is a gauge-type pressure transducer that senses fluid pressure over a 0 to 100 PSI (6.89 bar) range and passes the reading to a Maretron FPM100 Fluid Pressure Monitor. The FPM100 turns the transducer signal into NMEA 2000 data, so the pressure can be viewed on any compatible display or monitoring system aboard.
Suited to water, motor oil, diesel, hydraulic fluid, brake fluid, air and similar media, it is well matched to freshwater pressure systems, oil and hydraulic circuits, or filter-condition monitoring. A rugged stainless steel body and a 1/4 inch NPT male fitting let it thread directly into the system or tank being monitored.
For best accuracy pick the smallest range sufficient for the job. Where pressure spikes or transients are likely, fit a PT-SNUB-01 pressure snubber ahead of the transducer. Not approved for use with petrol or gasoline.
