Description
The Balmar 1311 is an eight-groove K8 serpentine alternator pulley with a 17mm bore, produced in anodised steel to resist corrosion in the marine environment. It shares the 2.4 inch outside diameter of the standard 1310 pulley but is configured for Cummins engine installations using Balmar 6-Series and 94-Series alternators.
Serpentine drive provides greater belt-to-pulley contact than a vee pulley, letting the alternator carry higher power loads while running quieter and cleaner. Confirm the pulley geometry suits your engine and belt before fitting, as pulley choice directly affects charging output.
