Description

The Raymarine YachtSense Link Router-Only provides the YachtSense Link router head unit on its own, without the antennas and cable kit included with the complete YachtSense Link package. It is intended as a service replacement for installations that already have the antennas, mounting hardware and cabling in place.

The router itself is unchanged: a 4G (LTE) marine mobile router with onboard Wi-Fi, integrated GPS, four RayNet Ethernet ports, a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 connection and four low-voltage digital input and output channels, housed in a rugged IPX6 enclosure. With the Raymarine app it supports remote access and GeoFence vessel monitoring. Choose the router-only option when you need to replace the head unit but retain the existing 5-in-1 antenna, dipole antennas and cables.

What is the difference between R70835 and the full YachtSense Link?

R70835 is the YachtSense Link router supplied on its own (router only), without the antennas and cable kit that come with the complete YachtSense Link (E70640). The router hardware is the same.

When should I choose the router-only option?

Choose it as a service replacement when the antennas, mounting hardware and cabling from an existing YachtSense Link installation are already in place and only the router head unit needs replacing.

Does the router-only version still support GeoFence and remote access?

Yes. The router is functionally identical, so with the Raymarine app it supports remote access to the Raymarine network and GeoFence vessel monitoring.
