Description

The Ratio CCS-10 is a Combined Charging System inlet developed specifically for maritime use, letting an electric boat draw power from a land side charger in the same way an electric vehicle does. It supports both alternating and direct current and uses Combo 1 and Combo 2 connectors based on the IEC 62196 Type 1 and Type 2 standards, so it works across single phase AC, three phase AC and DC charging. Two additional DC contacts enable high power fast charging of up to 150 kW at voltages from 150 to 1000 volts DC.

The inlet has a robust polyamide housing and carries an IP55 rating, so it resists moisture and other environmental factors during charging in exposed conditions. By adopting the same widely used CCS standard found on shore, it gives boat owners a familiar and versatile way to recharge from single phase and three phase AC through to DC fast charging, supporting efficient and sustainable operation on the water.
