Description
The Raymarine A80484 is a DownVision adaptor cable that bridges the 9-pin sonar connector on Axiom multifunction displays to the 7-pin connector used by earlier Raymarine DownVision transducers. This allows owners of legacy 7-pin DownVision transducers to upgrade to an Axiom display without replacing their existing transducer installation.
The cable is a direct wiring adaptor with no active electronics. It routes the relevant DownVision sonar signals between the two connector formats and is intended for permanent installation. Where a second transducer is also required, the separate Y-cable variants (A80486, A80487) support simultaneous dual-transducer connection.
