Description
The Simrad NSO evo3S 24-inch display is the largest in the family, built for indoor or covered helms where a commanding view matters. An iMX8 six-core processor drives up to twice the CPU performance of its predecessor for smooth transitions and instant access to charts, radar and sonar, while the 1200-nit Full HD SolarMAX IPS touchscreen stays clear through polarised sunglasses with wide viewing angles. Combine up to six panels in a split-screen layout and switch between custom helm layouts in an instant.
\nBuilt-in wireless links the display to mobile devices for remote viewing and easy software updates over any internet hotspot. Wired Ethernet, NMEA 2000 and J1939 networking open near-limitless integration, from vessel-wide display systems to radar, sonar and engine data. As a black-box-style MFD it needs an external GPS for position and an external or networked sonar module for echosounder.
