Description
The Simrad TP10 is the entry model in the Simrad Tillerpilot range, designed for tiller-steered sailing yachts up to 12 m (39 ft) overall. It pairs sophisticated electronics and steering software with a powerful screw-thread drive to hold a steady course with minimal current draw, leaving the helm free for sail trim and navigation.
A built-in fluxgate compass provides heading reference, with adjustable Response Control and a Seastate filter to tune steering to the conditions. Five keys give access to all functions, including auto-tack, and the unit mounts on a supplied tillerpin and cup that allow it to be fitted and stowed in seconds.
