TLM150-01
The Maretron TLM150 is an ultrasonic tank level monitor designed specifically for gasoline (petrol) tanks up to 24 inches (0.61m) deep, so there are no long probes protruding into the tank to foul or corrode. It can be calibrated for irregular tank shapes for a true reading, and broadcasts the level over the NMEA 2000 network for viewing anywhere on the vessel using a compatible display.

Description

The Maretron TLM150 Tank Level Monitor is engineered specifically for gasoline (petrol) tanks and uses ultrasonic technology to sense fluid level. Sound waves are transmitted from the top of the tank and their flight time to and from the fluid is measured, much like a depth sensor, so there are no difficult, long probes protruding into the tank to foul or corrode. It measures gasoline tanks up to 24 inches (0.61m) deep (see the TLM100 for fluids other than gasoline).

Unlike most senders that only work with rectangular tanks, the TLM150 can be calibrated for irregular tank shapes so you know the true level, and programmable tank capacity lets displays calculate the amount remaining. It mounts to the top of the tank using the industry-standard SAE J1810 five-hole pattern, or to threaded openings using optional 1.5" NPT or 1.25" BSP adapters, and an optional focus tube permits use on planing hulls. Levels are viewable on any compatible NMEA 2000 display such as the Maretron DSM410 or DSM570.

Can the TLM150 be used for fuels other than gasoline?
No. The TLM150 is designed specifically for gasoline (petrol) tanks. For diesel, fresh water, waste water, black water or oil, use the TLM100 instead.
How deep a tank can the TLM150 measure?
It can sense gasoline levels in tanks up to 24 inches (0.61m) deep, with a 2 inch sensor deadband as the minimum reading.
Does it work with irregularly shaped tanks?
Yes. Unlike most senders that only work with rectangular tanks, the TLM150 can be calibrated for any tank shape so you get a true fluid-level reading.
