Description
The Balmar UAA is a Universal Adjustment Arm for marine alternator installations, offering a longer, more positive arm for setting and holding belt tension. It is precision cut and powder coated to resist corrosion, and is a common upgrade over short or flimsy factory tensioning arms.
The UAA can be used on its own for alternator adjustment, or combined with a Belt Buddy mechanism to build the complete UBB Belt Buddy system. Its extra length gives better leverage and a more secure hold when tensioning the drive belt.
