Description
The Simrad NF80 is a Non-Follow-Up (NFU) remote control unit with display, used to monitor and control Simrad AP60 and AP70/AP80 autopilot systems from a secondary steering position. In NFU steering the rudder moves for as long as the lever is held to port or starboard.
The unit includes Take Command and Mode buttons and allows course changes in Auto mode. It is supplied with a 6 m factory-mounted drop cable, T-connector, front bezel, panel-mounting gasket and screws, and installation and user documentation.
