Description
The Garmin echo 301dv is a compact 3.5 inch fishfinder that combines Garmin HD-ID traditional sonar with DownVu scanning sonar on a bright 256-colour, sunlight-readable display. Supplied with an all-in-one 77/200 kHz HD-ID and DownVu transom mount transducer, it shows traditional and near-photographic DownVu views of fish and structure at the same time.
With 300 W RMS power, the echo 301dv reaches as deep as 533 m (1,750 ft), and DownVu high-frequency scanning gives a clear, detailed picture of the bottom directly beneath the boat. The unit comes with a quick-release tilt and swivel mount along with transom and low-profile trolling motor mounting kits. This is a legacy model supplied with its transducer.
