Description
The BC-121N is a six-way rapid multi-charger for Icom handheld radios. It charges up to six radios - or six bare battery packs - at the same time, which suits fleets of hire, marina, aviation ground-crew or site radios that all have to be turned around overnight.
Each of the six bays takes its own adapter cup, so the charger can be matched to the radio family in use: the AD-100, for example, adapts a bay for BP-227 series packs. The charger has no internal mains unit and is powered by an external AC adapter, the BC-157 or the current switch-mode BC-157S.
Discontinued by Icom and superseded by the BC-197 six-way multi-charger; stocked here as a service item.
