Description
The Icom HM-195GB is a black CommandMic remote control microphone that allows a compatible fixed-mount Icom marine VHF to be operated from a second station, such as a separate cabin or tower. It is compatible with the IC-M410BB, IC-M423G, IC-M423GE, IC-M506GE, IC-M510 and IC-M510BB, and can be positioned up to 18.3m (60ft) from the radio. All radio functions, including the power switch, distress call, DSC and PA, can be controlled from the CommandMic, and it can also serve as an intercom between stations. When connected to an applicable model it will display AIS traffic information. An intuitive menu system, large 45mm speaker and IPX7 submersible construction make it well suited to the marine environment.
