Description
The Icom IC-M410BB is a compact, powerful black-box VHF/DSC marine radio that maximises space efficiency aboard any vessel. The central RF unit installs out of sight while every function is controlled from an HM-195GB CommandMic at the helm, which can sit up to 18.3 m (60 ft) away. Up to two CommandMic stations can be fitted, giving VHF radio and intercom access almost anywhere on board, with one-to-all or one-to-one intercom selectable.
Built-in Class D DSC provides one-press distress calling and continuous Channel 70 monitoring, while NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183-HS connectivity allow plug-and-play integration with an MFD and other marine electronics, sharing GNSS position, DSC and channel data. Icom's Active Noise Cancelling technology digitally removes background noise from both transmitted and received audio, and a built-in 13 W amplifier drives an external hailer speaker for RX hailer and foghorn functions. An integrated GPS receiver, AquaQuake draining function, Anchor Watch and IPX7 waterproofing round out a flexible installation. The IC-M410BB is supplied with one CommandMic.
