Description
This Raymarine Quantum kit supplies the compact 18-inch solid-state Q24C radome together with a 15 m power cable and a 15 m RayNet to RayNet data cable, ideal for vessels where the radar mounts well away from the helm. The Q24C uses X-band CHIRP pulse-compression to deliver clean, well-separated targets across the full range span, from distant landfall and weather at 24 nautical miles down to close-range hazards.
The longer 15 m cables make this kit a good choice for taller masts and larger craft. The Q24C provides both a RayNet connection and built-in Wi-Fi, so you can wire it with the included data cable or connect wirelessly. With just 17 W transmit consumption, a 5.6 kg radome and no high-voltage emission, the radar is easy on the battery and safe to mount close to crew areas.
