Description
The ARCO Zeus is a high-energy external Bluetooth alternator regulator that takes full control of an engine-driven alternator to charge 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery banks. It is lithium-aware, with pre-set battery libraries and fully configurable charge profiles for LiFePO4 and lead-acid deep-cycle batteries, and it is the only external regulator with password-protected Bluetooth and a native iOS and Android app for installation, monitoring and tuning without plugging in. Zeus reads two shunts at once, battery and alternator, and reacts to real-time current and temperature data to protect both the batteries and the alternator.
Built-in State of Charge removes the need for a separate monitor, while Generator Mode lets the engine act as a dedicated generator, sending 100 percent of the alternator field to replenish the bank quickly on less fuel. An alternator temperature sensor cuts field current to protect small engines and factory alternators from overheating at idle. Zeus integrates with wider systems over CAN bus and NMEA 2000, including Victron installations such as the Cerbo GX and Lynx Smart BMS, and it is agnostic to alternator brand. It carries an IP66/67 waterproof rating and is CE marked.
