Description
B&G Vertical Masthead Unit with a 1450 mm arm, supplied as the sensor alone. Raising the wind sensor 1450 mm above the masthead lifts it clear of the turbulent air shed by the head of the mainsail, giving cleaner apparent wind angle and speed on a tall or heavily-roached rig.
Mast cable and mounting brackets are ordered separately, so this is the part to choose when you are replacing a sensor into an existing VMHU installation.
