Description
The Garmin Dual Frequency transom-mount transducer is a plastic depth and temperature sensor that replaces the dual-frequency transducer included with many Garmin units. Dual 50 and 200 kHz operation gives you deep-water reach at the low frequency and crisp detail at the high frequency.
This is the 6-pin version, rated at 500 W RMS with a maximum depth of 1,500 ft. It mounts on transoms with a deadrise of 0 to 70 degrees and ships with a 30 ft cable. To connect it to an 8-pin Garmin sounder, fit adapter cable 010-11613-00; for newer units the 8-pin model 010-10272-10 is preferred.
The kit includes installation instructions; follow them carefully to avoid damaging your boat.
