Description
The Icom HM-205RB is a speaker-microphone for Icom's fixed-mount marine VHF radios. It provides a remote speaker and microphone so you can operate the radio and communicate from a convenient position at the helm, listening and transmitting without reaching for the main set. This makes it a useful second control point on board, particularly on larger vessels where the radio may be mounted away from where you steer. The HM-205RB is compatible with the IC-M506GE, IC-M510E, IC-M510E with AIS Receiver, IC-M510 EVO, IC-M510 EVO with AIS Receiver and IC-M605EURO fixed-mount VHF radios. The optional OPC-2522L L-type conversion cable can be used to connect the speaker-microphone to the transceiver where required.
