Description
SeaTalkng backbone terminators are installed at each physical end of the overall backbone. They set the correct line impedance, which improves signal quality and prevents reflections and interference on the network. Two terminators are required per system, one at each end of the backbone.
The blue terminator plugs into a blue backbone port. It should not be confused with the black blanking plug, which protects an unused white spur port and is not interchangeable.
