Description
The Simrad RS90 is far more than a basic VHF radio. Built for power boaters and sport fishermen who want it all in one unit, it combines full Class D Digital Selective Calling with a built-in AIS receiver, a hailer, a foghorn and an intercom as standard. A 30-second record and replay means you never miss an important call, and an optional scrambler module adds private channels when you would rather not broadcast.
The RS90 connects multiple wireless handsets for control around the boat and shares position and other data across a NMEA network, so AIS targets and navigation information can appear on a connected display. Rugged and dependable, the radio is waterproof to IPX7, making it a complete communications and safety hub for demanding on-water use.
