Description
The Raymarine S100 wireless autopilot remote lets you control your autopilot from the cockpit, the foredeck or anywhere else on board. This package includes the S100 handset, the wireless base station and a SeaTalk1 to SeaTalkng adaptor kit. The adaptor kit allows the SeaTalk-based S100 base station to be connected to a boat that uses a SeaTalkng autopilot network, making the S100 a convenient wireless control for newer Raymarine systems.
The handset communicates with the base station at ranges of up to 10 m (32 ft) and works with any Raymarine SeaTalk-compatible autopilot. It has a clear two-line backlit display with a graphical autopilot status indicator, a visual signal-strength indicator and an audible out-of-range warning. A raised profile on the Standby button makes it easy to find by feel in the dark. Power comes from two replaceable AAA alkaline batteries, and the handset switches off automatically after five minutes in Standby.
The base station is pre-registered to the handset at the factory and pairs automatically on power-up.
