Description
The Mastervolt Mass 24/15-2 is a 24V, 15A battery charger built for the toughest professional, semi-professional and recreational conditions. Housed in a lightweight stainless steel and anodised aluminium casing, with its internal components coated to resist damp and condensation, it is engineered for a long service life even in harsh marine environments. The charger is insensitive to electromagnetic interference from other equipment and delivers a stable, ripple free supply that holds up even when no batteries are connected.
Suitable for every battery type, it charges flat batteries and uses an automatic IUoUo 3-step+ characteristic tuned for Gel, AGM, wet and Lithium Ion banks. A temperature sensor is supplied as standard, and the unit gives full power at ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees C. A second 3A output keeps a starter or auxiliary battery topped up.
The Mass 24/15-2 is fully MasterBus compatible, so it integrates into a wider Mastervolt network over a single cable for central, local or remote monitoring and control. Multiple chargers can be switched in parallel, and the Current Control function prevents fuses from blowing when the input voltage drops.
