Description
The Mastervolt Mass 48/25 is a 48V battery charger that delivers up to 25A from a single-phase 230V AC supply (180 to 265V, 50/60 Hz). Part of the Mass series built for the toughest professional, semi-professional and recreational conditions, it gives reliable round-the-clock output even in extreme environments. It is well suited to 48V banks of 100 to 500 Ah on workboats, larger yachts and off-grid installations.
The charger sits in a lightweight, anodised aluminium casing with coated internal components that resist damp and condensation for a longer service life. An automatic IUoUo three-step+ characteristic charges Gel, AGM, wet and Lithium Ion batteries, while integrated MasterBus connectivity allows central, local or remote monitoring and control over a single cable. The Current Control function protects fuses during voltage dips, and multiple chargers can be switched in parallel for greater capacity.
